after making your form, create a webhook through the discord server settings, and set the channel to where you want messages to be sent.
next go back to the form and select the "script editor" option
copy-paste the code here into the text window: https://navag8r.neocities.org/files/webhook-images/webhook.txt
copy the webhook url through the discord client and paste it into the code (dont remove the quote marks)
click the "save project" button on the top left side of the text window
select the "triggers" option
select "add triggers" and make sure they match the options here
finally test the google form, it may take a couple of minutes to initialise after doing ths so please be patient
